Contingent Fees
For automobile accidents this office will take a case on a contingency basis. We do not take any fee up front, but will take our fee as a percentage of the proceeds from a settlement or judgment. If you do not get a settlement or judgment, no fees are owed. Our fee is 33% of any settlement. If the case goes to court, our fee is 40% of any judgment.
Billing
You will receive a monthly statement detailing the action taken and work performed on your case and the amount of time spent on each action. You are also responsible for all out-of-pocket expenses incurred by this office. Bills are mailed out on the 1st of each month.
If your case is taken on a contingent fee basis, all charges will come out of any eventual settlement or judgment.
Costs
You will be responsible for any out of pocket expenses for your case. This includes filing fees, copies, and postage.
